Smithy Property Services is a small private business which we run from our cottage in Mid Wales.
In early 2002 we decided that the 101-mile-an-hour lifestyle we had needed a change and so we set up our property services business. The initial idea came from the restoration of our future home – Yr Efail (meaning The Smithy). We had been working on this for almost a year as a weekend project and had now decided to concentrate on it full time.
