A woman has been taken to hospital after suffering an ankle injury on a riverside path.
Coastguard rescuers joined search and rescue crews to assist the woman after she slipped on a path at at Tre’r-ddôl near Machynlleth.
She was stretchered off the pathway before being taken to hospital.
A spokesman for the Aberdyfi Search & Rescue Team said: “Shortly before 1pm on Sunday, Aberdyfi Search and Rescue Team was requested to help in the transport of an injured woman at Tre’r-ddôl south of Machynlleth.
